Bon Bon.

made for my open brief. i quite like making collages and block colours and thought flash'd be a good way to use that. i don't think any french mother would call their child bon bon, but in a perfect world that wouldn't be the case.

i had a tiny idea for a tiny film about reaching puberty, where you grow a little hole in your belly when you reach the age, n' that the hole does different things for different people.

one being that a boy's subconscious starts to leak through the hole in his stomach, each one being a lil' more cool than him. mainly because i like the idea of going to therapy with your subconscious in the room.

the big book of bakshi

i just bought the big book of bakshi, Unfiltered, mainly to stare at the wacky character designs

but this spread from the book's really appealing with some awesome expressions.

i used the word wacky and i feel terrible about it.
